Refund policy

At Roxx&Co. all sales are final. We do not offer refunds to original forms of payment. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a store credit under the following conditions: 

-Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 

-All tags must be attached. 

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issues in the form of a digital code via email. 

Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase. 

Non-returnable items include: 

-SALE ITEMS

-CUSTOM or MADE-TO-ORDER products. 

-ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with 24 hours of delivery at roxxandco@yahoo.com. 

Roxx&Co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
